All initial orders must be purchased or prepaid via Paypal.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

All orders are shipped via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS.  Any potential P.O., APO, FPO boxes will be shipped via Priority Mail Insured. Freight charges may apply. Orders requiring LTL/Truck shipping incur an additional skid fee and may be subject to additional freight costs. Additional charges may apply for special services, which include (but are not limited to): Call ahead, lift gate, inside delivery, or limited access. Residential delivery and oversized frames may also be subject to additional freight costs. Please contact customer service with additional questions.

Delivery

In some cases, delivery of the frames or framed artworks can be made dependent on location from our shop. Please indicate the exact location where you need the frames to be delivered and we'll do our best to work with you.
